About Les
If you’re looking for a tutor who makes learning fun, engaging, and tailored to you, I’m the one for you! My name is [Your Name], and with over 10 years of teaching experience, I bring a unique hands-on approach to every lesson. Currently, I’m pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise and aiming for a Master’s in Sports Psychology—so you’ll be learning from someone who blends academic knowledge with real-world insights.
What sets me apart is my ability to make complex topics like Sports Psychology, Anatomy, and Nutrition easier to understand and more exciting to learn. I don’t just explain the theory—I focus on experiential learning, where we connect ideas to real-world applications. Whether we’re discussing how muscles work or the psychology behind athletic performance, we’ll break it down in ways that make sense and stick with you.
I also get that traditional learning doesn’t work for everyone. As someone with ADHD and dyslexia, I know how frustrating it can be when lessons aren’t tailored to your needs. That’s why I’m all about adapting my teaching style to fit you. Whether you need a more visual approach, step-by-step breakdowns, or interactive discussions, I’ll make sure you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
My goal is not just to help you pass exams—it’s to make sure you really get the material and feel excited about learning. We’ll work together to push your limits, build your confidence, and help you reach your full potential.
So, if you’re ready for a tutor who understands your learning needs, makes every session engaging, and is dedicated to your success, let’s get started! I can’t wait to help you achieve your best.

I believe learning should be relevant, engaging, and personalised. My teaching approach is rooted in experiential learning, where I bring academic theories to life through practical, interactive activities. I aim to deepen understanding, foster critical thinking, and make learning enjoyable.
I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can confidently explore new ideas, overcome challenges, and grow. Patience, encouragement, and flexibility are the core values of my teaching philosophy.
My lessons are typically 60-90 minutes and are suited for beginner to intermediate learners who are undertaking their GCSE's, A-levels, and individuals motivated to increase their depth of learning.
I have over 10 years of experience as an outdoor adventure instructor, where I have had the privilege of delivering and teaching fun and educational outdoor experiences to people of all ages, helping them learn through hands-on activities. Now I’m a second-year university student.
