About Victor
With 10 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students enhance their English skills through a personalised, student-focused approach. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths, challenges, and goals, and design lessons that are engaging, interactive, and highly practical.
My teaching combines grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking exercises with real-world examples and discussion-based activities. I am known for my patience, clarity, and ability to simplify complex concepts, which helps students progress steadily and confidently.

My ESL teaching methodology is grounded in Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is encouraged through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning, inspiring students to explore language with confidence and imagination.
Communication is central to my approach. I design lessons with discussions, debates, and collaborative tasks that help learners strengthen fluency, comprehension, and confidence. Compassion ensures lessons are tailored to individual needs and learning styles, providing support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the learning process.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based exercises, practical applications, and critical thinking challenges that teach students to use English logically and effectively. I also teach complementary subjects like reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary enrichment to enhance overall academic performance.
This approach develops learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying English in academic, professional, and real-life settings.
