An experienced teacher, and school middle leader. • July 2018 – Present: Recruitment Consultant – Secondary Education at FRCE Recruitment Group
Full 360 Recruitment Consultant for secondary schools across South London. Responsibilities include liaising and negotiating with clients, for their recruitment needs. Also responsible for resourcing and interviewing candidates, and ensuring candidates are suitably qualified and complaint for roles. Had to ensure I worked towards weekly KPIs, and monthly and quarterly target budgets.
• January 2017 – August 2018: English Lead Practitioner at Northfleet Technology College.
Co-ordinated the teaching and learning of the English department, as well as the provision for learners with autism across the whole school. Quality assured lessons and progress across the department and school. Organised, and led, a series of training sessions for all teaching staff. Recruited and mentored new staff for the English department.
