About Cleo
With 19 years of experience as a violin tutor, I have taught students from schools, colleges, and professional backgrounds. I enjoy working with learners of different ages and helping them achieve their musical aspirations.
My teaching philosophy is centered on flexibility and student-focused learning. I understand that every student has different goals and learning styles, so I adapt my teaching methods accordingly. I believe that learning music should be enjoyable and rewarding.
Over the years, I have successfully mentored many students and helped them improve their performance skills. One of my most meaningful achievements has been watching students become more confident and expressive musicians.
I am committed to creating a friendly learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed.

My teaching methodology is built on kindness, communication, and continuous support. I believe that students learn best when they feel respected and encouraged. Therefore, I work hard to create a positive and welcoming learning environment.
For violin students, I focus on strong fundamentals such as posture, finger placement, bowing techniques, rhythm, and note reading. I teach concepts clearly and provide practical exercises that help students progress steadily.
I maintain open communication and provide regular encouragement to help students overcome difficulties. I believe that every small achievement deserves recognition because it builds confidence and motivation.
Apart from violin, I teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, and performance preparation. These additional subjects contribute to a complete musical education.
My aim is to help students grow both musically and personally.
