About Naomi
I often have first-time Yogis and beginners attend my classes (introduced through good old-fashioned word of mouth) as I’m viewed as a friendly, welcoming and relaxed teacher. This is something I am proud of also take very seriously as your first experience of Yoga can either start or end your future relationship with the practice and I hope to be the start for all of my students. I believe a simple smile can change the course of anyone’s day.

- Teaching style: We will begin with a short introduction to understand your experience and what you would like to achieve from your class. I offer a creative flowy style of yoga to keep you engaged, build strength and to calm, focus and inspire your mind.
- Class length: 20 - 90 minutes available
- Qualifications: +4 years Yoga & Mediation teaching experience
Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher
(Yoga School: Yoga London)
First Aid Qualified with St John’s Ambulance
