About Leonie
Hi,
My name is Leonie.
I studied at Griffith university and Charles Darwin. Both on campus and as an external student.
I maintained a high GPA, and thoroughly enjoyed the journey of study.
I have experience with tutoring, and for a short time taught diploma of nursing at TAFE Cairns.
I’ve been a registered nurse since 2011, starting my career in the operating theatre at Cairns Private; then onto the Orthopaedic ward.
Since that time, I’ve been working in the Aged Care sector both in clinical nurse roles and on the floor.
I am still currently working in Aged Care on the Sunshine Coast.
I enjoy sharing knowledge and assisting students through the learning process.
