About Matthew
I am an experienced teacher with a love of teaching. Due to relocating from Dubai and a change in family commitments I have decided I can make the most impact on helping learners as a tutor. As a teacher I found it frustrating that I couldn’t support every member of my class at every minute to reach that light bulb moment or adapt a lesson fully to completely maximise the potential of high ability learners on an individual level.

I specialise in working with Year 4, 5 and 6 children. I have a proven track record of outstanding teaching supporting children low in confidence, helping to reduce maths anxiety and realise they really can do maths. Also extensive experience with challenging gifted and talented children needing additional extension to go beyond mastery level and age expected level.
