I believe that a strong understanding of music theory is the foundation for making a confident instrumentalist. I take time to identify gaps in their understanding, revisit the fundamentals and build a solid foundation of musicianship on which piano technique can be applied. By tailoring my lessons to my students' needs, many have gone on to achieve excellent results.

Alice has naturally guided me through improving my piano abilities with ease. She is great at articulating personalised tips and useful advice that have allowed me to achieve more than I thought I could. Her teaching is efficient and I couldn't recommend someone more!
Alice is my sister. She was very helpful whilst tutoring me for music GCSE allowing me to achieve an A*. Furthermore, my lessons with her allowed me to achieve a distinction in grade 5 theory.
I would recommend her to anyone eager to learn music at any level. She is very organised and thorough with her explanations.Alice tutored me before my A-level music exam. She took great care in planning and organising our lessons, and was caring and precise. She was a huge factor in my success, and helped me gain entry into my preferred university.
Alice tutored me for A level music and I found her tutoring style so helpful! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to boost their grades.
