About Thomas

I graduated from Oxford University having studied Philosophy, Politics & Economics. I have been a professional tutor for 7 years. In that time, I have privately tutored over fifty pupils both online and face to face and have had particular success with 11+, 13+ and 16+ School Entry, schools include Eton College, Wycombe Abbey and Sevenoaks School. I have also helped students to achieve places at Oxford University to read PPE.

As Confucius once said: “学而时习之，不亦说乎 To learn something and timely practice it – it is a pleasure, isn't it?”. Learning is done best when motivated by interest; my tutoring style aims to inspire students to love their learning. I am an excellent motivator and develop my students into inquirers and critical thinkers.
