About Chinara
I worked with children and parents for three decades. My Psychology background and extensive experience of raising children over and over from 4 months old to 7 years old made me an expert on understanding dynamics of complexity of parenting. Some parents invite me to their setting for a week or two to live in and change old habits which are no longer productive to new ones where every person in the family gets sufficient sleep, boundaries placed, discipline intact and healthy eating habits set.

Coaching will be tailored to individual needs depending on problem, family setting, child’s needs. One-off lesson may not be efficient enough, therefore continuing one hour once a week coaching for a while is recommended. I can also come to your place.
