About Solal
Passionate about tennis from an early age, I had the chance to play and rub shoulders with players and coaches all over the world.
From Madagascar, to Nicaragua, via New Zealand and Canada, I discovered unique teaching methods that I will share with you with pleasure.

My session objective is to make the player progress tactically and technically on clear objectives, defined at the start of the session. I think the key to success in tennis starts above all with planning training and setting short, medium and long-term goals.
Each session must be adapted to the level of the student, but also respond clearly to their expectations and objectives.
I offer you sessions made for you, by a true tennis enthusiast, to make you PROGRESS!
My method and my investment remain the same regardless of the audience.

Solal est un coach très complet ! Lors de nos sessions, il ne manque pas de travailler avec moi à la fois sur les aspects techniques, tactiques et mentaux. Très engagé dans la progression de ses élèves, il est même venu plusieurs fois me voir en tournois. Je progresse beaucoup depuis qu’il m’entraîne.
Solal est un coach à la fois généreux et talentueux. Il repère très vite comment aider son élève et explique clairement les gestes et les objectifs. Sa bonne humeur et son humour sont un plus pour progresser en s’amusant.
Je recommande vivement son accompagnement pour atteindre ses objectifs tennistiques.
Après seulement quelques leçons particulières, Solal est parvenu à poser un diagnostic très complet sur mes faiblesses et qualités tennistiques. J'ai un niveau 30, 30/1. Il a proposé des ajustements qui ont fait rapidement évoluer mon jeu (revers, rotation de la balle, positionnement, . .), tout en adaptant les exercices à ma condition physique et mon endurance (j'ai 56 ans). Je recommande volontiers Solal pour ses excellentes qualités sportives, pédagogiques et sa bonne humeur.
