About Kuruva
I am passionate about Ayurveda and believe it offers a holistic approach to health by understanding the individual's condition and addressing its underlying causes whenever appropriate. My goal is to help students understand Ayurvedic principles through classic texts, logical reasoning and practical clinical concepts. I enjoy spreading authentic knowledge of Ayurveda and helping students build a strong foundation with concept-based learning rather than rote memorization. My classes are interactive, exam-oriented and designed to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

Hello! I am a passionate BAMS House surgeon with a strong interest in teaching Ayurveda. I teach subjects including Kriyasharir, Dravyaguna, Baishajya kalpana, charaka samhitha and other core BAMS subjects in a simple, concept-based manner. My classes focus on understanding the subject instead of rote memorization. I explain topics with diagrams, clinical examples and exam-oriented points to help students perform well in university examinations. I welcome BAMS students who want to strengthen their fundamentals, clear doubts and build confidence in Ayurveda through interactive online classes. Each class is tailored to the student's learning pace, with regular revision and doubt-solving sessions.
