Classes with Astrid was awesome. She understood what I wanted exactly and tried her best to satisfy my needs. Also not only running the classes, she thought me some simple positions that I could do in the office or tube by myself. She's professional and leads the class seriously also with fun. Feeling a lot better these days after her classes, can't wait for another Zen with Astrid!
