My classes and private lessons focus on alignment and breath. I usually start with a breathing exercise, and then a slow flow of postures : standing, seating, balancing, inversions and backbends.
I can teach to complete beginners, athletes and intermediate yoga practitioners.
I started yoga 10 years ago and haven’t looked back since. I am trained as a Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher and certified With yoga alliance.
I teach yoga classes in the corporate world and at universities in London.
I practice Vinyasa, Hatha and iyengar yoga. I am interested in yoga as a tool to help for back pain, stress and anxiety and depression.
Classes with Astrid was awesome. She understood what I wanted exactly and tried her best to satisfy my needs. Also not only running the classes, she thought me some simple positions that I could do in the office or tube by myself. She's professional and leads the class seriously also with fun.
