About Nubia
I have a wide knowledge and experience about clinical and forensic psychology, not only in Spain but also in UK.
At the very beginning, my clients have been mainly adults with several mental disorders (as bipolar or several depression) but in the last time I have been working with children with learning difficulties from autism for instance.

Due to the pandemic situation I had to find a way to help most people as possible to cope with stress, anxiety, depression and so on, in their daily life. So, I did, I help people of different ages and backgrounds to learn how to become an expert on their selves, on their own life, through internet.
Working online have many advantages not only economically but also in comfortability.
My teaching methodology consist basically in a deep conversation with my client, where I will give her/him back different perspectives about their own life and together we will work until the problem is solved or the goal is achieved.
