About Dinesh
I am an Ex Lecturer in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of the South Pacific, with over 24 years of tertiary teaching experience. I hold a PhD in Mathematics and have taught a wide range of courses, from foundation to advanced undergraduate levels. My passion lies in helping students develop a deep understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts and the confidence to apply them effectively.

I use an interactive, student-centered approach that emphasizes conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and real-world application. Lessons often include discussions, demonstrations, and the use of software such as MATLAB, R, and Excel.
Lessons usually run for 60–90 minutes, adjusted to suit the topic and students’ learning pace.
I hold a PhD in Mathematics and have over 24 years of tertiary teaching experience. I am currently a Lecturer in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of the South Pacific.
