About Michaela
Hi, I’m a proud mum of four who believes there’s always something new to learn. I’ve worked with children for the past 34 years, and I’m just as passionate about helping young people grow and succeed today as I was when I first started. I love building positive relationships and creating environments where children feel safe, valued and inspired to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying a long walk, getting lost in a good book, or learning more about psychology, which has always fascinated me. I’m also a huge music lover and never miss the chance to have a dance!
At home, I’m kept company by Tommy, my one-eyed cat, who certainly has plenty of character. Although I’m terrified of spiders, I still insist on carefully rescuing them rather than letting anyone harm them—I just prefer they live somewhere other than my living room!
