About Lucy
I am Lucy. I'm a young 63 year old who certainly doesn't feel her age. I still work in a state school and run the 'learning zone' for students who struggle with their learning. This may be because of a learning difficulty or mental health challenges. I am a good listener and will always try and find the most appropriate way to support your learning.

Having two grown up children of my own, and working within the state sector with children who may struggle with accessing education, I have a wide range of experience and teaching strategies to tap into the way children learn. One size doesn't fit all, and understand the challenges that children and families can face. I am calm and have a great sense of fun and humour. All children deserve opportunities to thrive.
