About Tishalni
Hi! I'm a First Class graduate with a passion for helping young students succeed in Math. Growing up, Math was one of my weaker subjects, so I understand how frustrating it can feel when concepts don't make sense. Through the right guidance and consistent practice, I became much more confident and improved significantly. This experience allows me to relate to students who struggle and teach them in a patient, encouraging, and easy-to-understand way. My goal is to build a strong foundation, boost confidence, and help every child enjoy learning Math at their own pace.

I believe every child can excel in Maths with the right guidance and a strong foundation. I am patient and encouraging, and I teach each concept step by step, starting from the basics until the student truly understands. During online lessons, I will use my iPad to clearly show each calculation and explain the working process visually. I adapt my teaching pace to each student’s learning style and focus on building confidence rather than memorisation. I have experience teaching my younger cousin division from scratch, helping them understand the fundamentals before progressing to more challenging questions. My goal is to make Maths simple, enjoyable, and less intimidating while developing strong problem-solving skills.
