About Finda
I am an enthusiastic flute tutor with 6 years of experience and approximately 150 students guided successfully. My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, patience, and steady development.
I begin by strengthening essential skills such as breath control, embouchure stability, tone production, and finger coordination.
Once students master the basics, I introduce articulation exercises, rhythm training, scales, and expressive performance techniques. I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s learning pattern, ensuring comfort and clear understanding.
My unique ability is breaking down challenging passages into simple, manageable steps that build confidence gradually. I provide regular feedback and encourage structured practice habits. My aim is to nurture disciplined, confident, and passionate flute musicians who enjoy continuous growth.

My flute teaching methodology emphasises individualised learning, adaptability, collaboration, and positivity. I design lessons based on each student’s learning style, goals, and pace to ensure effective understanding and steady progress.
I focus on posture, breath control, embouchure, tone quality, finger coordination, and rhythm accuracy. Stepwise exercises in scales, articulation, and dynamics help students develop technical proficiency while building expressive playing skills, including phrasing and musical interpretation.
I also integrate music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and rhythm comprehension to strengthen overall musicianship. This ensures students connect practical skills with theoretical knowledge.
Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons according to goals, progress, and personal interests. Collaboration is encouraged through shared repertoire, discussions, and goal-setting.
I maintain a positive and supportive environment, motivating students to practise consistently and explore their musical potential. My aim is to nurture confident, skilled, and expressive flute players.
