About Rachel
I have a passion for education and learning about the world we live in, this passion navigated me to study Geography at university and then pursue a PGCE to continue sharing this passion and knowledge with others. The beginning of my teaching journey started in primary education, meaning I have a wealth of experience teaching broader curriculum - core subjects and additional subjects including humanities and PE.

I tailor my lessons to suit the student's needs so will begin with an audit (done through a conversation) to see what the student's outcomes are. Whether it's developing conversation English, GCSE revision for Geography or general educational advancement in primary, I will plan my tutoring sessions accordingly. I teach primary to post-16 (ages 8 to 18).
Drawing on my years of experience in education and pedagogical knowledge, I will use educational strategies that best suit the student's style of learning. Lessons can range from 30 minutes up to 2 hours according to preference.
