About Dominic
I’m a personal development coach working with students and early-career professionals who want greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their lives.
My background spans high-performance academic environments, startups, large organisations, and international research, but my path hasn’t been linear. After a late diagnosis of dyslexia and ADHD, I learnt - often through trial and error - how to build systems that played to my strengths, navigate uncertainty, and make deliberate choices under pressure.
Those experiences shape how I coach. I’m not interested in surface-level motivation or one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I act as a rational, objective sounding board, helping clients think clearly, challenge assumptions, and decide what actually matters to them. When advice is helpful, I offer honest, practical recommendations grounded in frameworks I’ve used to overcome my own challenges.
I work best with people who are thoughtful, curious, and willing to reflect - whether they’re feeling stuck, navigating transition, or simply want to develop themselves more intentionally. My aim is to help you understand yourself better, make confident decisions, and move forward with purpose.

My sessions are designed to give you a thoughtful sounding board—a space to talk openly, think clearly, and work through challenges without judgement.
I act as a rational, objective listener, helping you untangle complex situations and reflect on them honestly. When you want advice, I’ll offer clear, practical recommendations, grounded in experience rather than platitudes.
Much of my work involves helping clients navigate life challenges, whether that’s uncertainty about direction, confidence, decision-making, or personal growth. I share simple, adaptable frameworks that I’ve used to overcome my own challenges, and we’ll tailor them to fit your situation and how you think.
