About Ben
I’m Ben, a qualified Personal Trainer and the founder of Lionheart Fitness.
My aim is simple: to help people build strength, lose fat, improve confidence and stop feeling completely lost when it comes to training.
I became a Personal Trainer because fitness changed the way I saw myself. It gave me structure, confidence, discipline and a way to keep moving forward. Now I want to help others experience that same shift, without making the process feel confusing, intimidating or miserable as it can be.
My coaching style is supportive, honest and realistic. I will push you when you need it, explain things properly, and help you understand the “why” behind your training, not just throw exercises at you and hope for the best because apparently that still counts as coaching these days.
Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to the gym or looking to take your results more seriously, I will meet you where you are and help you build from there.

My coaching is built around you, whether you want in-person personal training, online coaching, or a mix of both. No boring copy and paste plans, no random workouts and no fitness nonsense dressed up as “motivation”
We will focus on your goals, your current fitness level, your confidence, your lifestyle and what you actually need to make progress. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve technique, feel better in the gym or finally stick to a plan, I will guide you step by step.
In person sessions include a clear warm up, technique coaching, structured strength or fitness work and simple guidance you can use outside the session. Online coaching can include tailored training plans, check ins, support, habit guidance and progress tracking, so you are not left guessing between sessions.
My approach is simple: train properly, build confidence, stay consistent, and become someone who feels proud of the work they are putting in
