About Chris
I’m Chris, and I created gunnerclark pt back in 2022, I’m a former track athlete and competed in the Lancashire area for over 20 years and also squeezed in a 6 year stint in the British Army in that time with the Royal Artillery. I’m a very driven individual intent on getting the best out of people and finding levels they didn’t think they had. There’s no magic wand in fitness and hard graft is needed to attain goals. With the right guidance and encouragement from me and the grit and determination from yourselves the sky is the limit
