Over the past 20 years I have trained many clients on a 1-2-1 and group basis on all aspects of health & wellbeing through healthy nutrition and exercise.
As a qualified Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist with level 3 & Advanced Nutrition I have the knowledge and experience to educate and motivate to help you achieve your goals.

My lessons are based upon firstly finding out what motivates you, what are your goals, have you been successful before? The next stage would be to find your relationship with food, your eating habits and reviewing your food diary. Once we have discussed these we can start to get to work on changing your lifestyle to achieve your goals.
I will teach you how to change your eating habits, how to eat a healthy well balanced diet.
I will teach you how to lose weight through your diet and exercise which will educate you for the future.
