About Stefan
I have been studying the benefits of different physical activities for more than 10 years now. Firstly at university, and then as a researcher in exercise science. Yoga is a union of the mind and the body, which makes this activity one of the most popular and beneficial modes of exercise today.
I possess a PhD in Physical Education, Personal Training Qualification, and Gymnastics Qualification.

I provide personal yoga lessons, in the comfort of your own home, geared towards your personal goals. I teach people at any age, from childhood to advanced years, on a one-to-one basis in London. I also offer gymnastic yoga sessions in which we concentrate on the bodyweight poses, such as handstands, headstands, crow, etc.

Stefan Kolimechkov is an excellent athlete and frequent competitor. Along with his athletic experience he is a well established Sports Scientist and a full time Gymnastics coach and personal trainer.
