As a dancer, teacher and yoga practitioner, I appreciate the benefits of regular exercise myself and believe that Yoga is particularly beneficial because it involves both mind and body.

Hatha Yoga – 1-to-1 and Small Group Classes
Would you like to improve your flexibility, strength, balance and mobility, while enjoying a greater sense of calm and well-being?
I am a fully qualified Hatha Yoga teacher offering personalised 1-to-1 and small group sessions in the comfort of your own home or workplace, or online.
I am particularly passionate about helping older adults enjoy the many benefits of yoga. Sessions can be adapted to suit your individual needs, ability and level of mobility, making yoga accessible whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience.
My classes can help you to:
Improve flexibility and mobility
Develop strength and balance
Support better posture and movement
Learn simple breathing techniques
Release tension and relax
Build confidence in your body
Enjoy a positive and calming experience
Your body, your pace, your practice.

Sharon is an incredible tutor and helped my son tremendously when he was studying for his 11+ examinations. What we were really impressed with was the way she adapted her approach to meet my son’s specific needs. My son struggles with his attention span and often feels overwhelmed at school but he found her lessons really engaging & stimulating and she managed to really bring out the best in him.
Sharon is fantastic. We wanted to find an experienced teacher to help our son prepare for his 11+ exams (English, Maths & non verbal) and I truly believe these sessions gave my son the best chance possible at getting into his chosen secondary school.
Our son looked forward to his sessions with Sharon - she engaged with him in a way that suited his needs.
