I am a current England Boxing Coach offering personalised boxing and fitness coaching designed around you, your goals and your individual needs.
I played rugby most of my life and enjoy the fitness.
Whether you’re completely new to boxing, looking to improve your technique, get fitter, lose weight, build strength or simply want a new challenge, I can create sessions to suit your ability and goals.
