About Lilyana
I began learning piano at the age of seven and have continued my musical training ever since. Over the years, I have developed a strong classical foundation and a deep appreciation for musical expression.
I achieved ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano with Distinction and I am currently preparing for the ARSM diploma. My long-term and structured training has given me not only solid technique, but also a disciplined and thoughtful approach to music-making
Having spent many years as a student myself, I understand both the challenges and rewards of learning an instrument. This allows me to guide students with patience, clarity, and realistic expectations. I value steady progress, healthy technique, and developing true musical understanding.
Music has always been a constant part of me, and I hope to help more students to build confidence as well as enjoying the beauty of piano.

I am an ABRSM Grade 8 pianist (Distinction) currently preparing for my ARSM diploma. With years of structured training, I offer piano lessons for beginners, as well as focused accompaniment and practice support for higher-level learners.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and encouraging. I believe strong foundations in technique, posture, and musical understanding are essential, especially in the early stages. For beginners, I focus on building reading skills, rhythm accuracy, and relaxed hand coordination. For more advanced students, I help to refine tone control, phrasing, musical expression, and exam preparation strategies.
I am also familiar with the ABRSM syllabus and can support students preparing for graded exams
