About Aleksandra
My name is Alexandra, and I'm a native Russian speaker. I began teaching languages at the age of 15. I received my education at a school with an advanced English program. Currently residing in America, I've been tutoring for 8 years—a fact that still surprises me! I have a special connection with children; it's not uncommon for parents to return after a year, telling me their child refuses to learn with anyone else. Similarly, adults reach out after 2 years, realizing they haven't found a better option. In just 6 months, I've successfully elevated students' language proficiency from B1 to B2 levels. I'm not about dull language instruction; my aim is to make learning enjoyable for you. With a deep understanding of how the brain absorbs information, I've developed a unique teaching methodology that's proven effective for both myself and my students. Furthermore, I possess knowledge in psychology and have pursued some higher education. As a highly adaptable teacher, I offer flexibility, allowing lessons to be rescheduled with just three hours' notice. "Hi there! In my Russian lessons for foreigners, we start with the basics: learning the letters, pronunciation, and basic grammar. Then we move on to conversational practice, games, and discussions.
