About Liwei
With a robust background in organic chemistry education and research, coupled with over 10 years of experience in related fields, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to help you with your chemistry.
In my previous role as a lecturer and associate professor in my former institute in China, I honed my skills in explaining and teaching intricate organic chemistry concepts for diverse student groups (e.g. international students from Africa and South/Southeast Asian) in both English and Chinese, and this experience helped me understand the importance of inclusion and equity. I also taught Organic Chemistry Laboratory and General Chemistry. Besides teaching, I have a strong set of skills that include mentoring and communication. These abilities have been refined through years of practical experience.
