About Konstantinos
About Me: Elite Academic Mentorship for Your Dissertation or Thesis
Navigating a major research project requires more than just subject knowledge; it requires a strategic partner who understands the high standards of top-tier academic institutions. As a PhD Economist (UCL) and graduate of both Oxford and Cambridge, I provide elite mentorship for students at the Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PhD levels.
My background is uniquely suited for high-level academic guidance:
Academic Excellence: I hold a PhD in Economics from UCL, an MPhil in Management from Cambridge (Distinction), and an MSc from Oxford (Distinction).
Supervisory Experience: I have served as an MA Dissertation Supervisor at London Metropolitan University and a Post-Graduate Teaching Assistant at UCL.
Research Depth: My own research has focused on complex fields such as innovation in renewable energy and energy policy, and I have been awarded multiple scholarships and studentships for my academic work.
Proven Success: I maintain a 90% success rate in helping students secure placements at top-10 UK universities, focusing on academic guidance and personal brand development.
I founded Mayfair Tutors to provide a unique methodology that bridges the gap between raw research and high-scoring academic papers, ensuring my students meet the rigorous standards of examiners at elite institutions.

The Research Methodology: A Structured Path to Distinction
A dissertation is won or lost in the planning and structural stages. My proprietary methodology is designed to remove the "blank page" anxiety and replace it with a clear, logical roadmap to a First Class or Distinction grade.
A typical mentorship session involves:
Research Design & Scoping: We refine your research question to ensure it is both original and manageable.
Methodological Rigor: I provide specialized guidance on quantitative techniques, particularly for those utilizing Econometrics or complex data analysis.
Structural Integrity: We focus on the logical flow of your argument, ensuring every chapter contributes to a cohesive and persuasive thesis.
The Examiner’s Lens: Drawing on my experience as a former lecturer and supervisor, I review your work through the eyes of the marking committee.
Whether you are drafting a PhD Research Proposal, an Undergraduate Thesis, or a Postgraduate Dissertation, I provide the academic support, emotional well-being strategies, and technical oversight necessary for excellence.
