About Raymond
My past students have included doctors, engineers, and business people, seeking a proficiency score that secures them easy migration and acceptance to high-paying positions in their selected countries. I have taught in a variety of Universities and Colleges in a variety of countries, including Vietnam, and was a state coordinator of an ESL teacher improvement program in Malaysia, initiated by the Malaysian Ministry of Education. After returning to Australia I also took on extensive ESL teaching online primarily to Russian business people seeking migration. Many of my past students keep in contact and it is reassuring to hear their success stories in their new jobs in a new land.

After many years of trial and error, I have perfected a teaching style that gets results, with each lesson building on the last. I use self-authored videos to reinforce revision of each personal lesson. To date, not even one of my students has failed to gain the desired IELTS score. Lessons are usually 60 minutes of face-to-face involvement, and followed by an extra hour of revision by video at the student's own pace. I have extensive experience in coaching IELTS and other high-level ESL subjects in several countries. My lessons are for SERIOUS adults who are hoping to migrate to an English-speaking country to enter higher-level employment.
