About Sidra
I am committed to meeting the diverse needs of students by adapting new technologies and teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and backgrounds. I believe that every student has unique strengths. As a mentor, it is my responsibility to help them discover & develop their talents and equip them with the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally. By fostering a growth mindset, I aim to empower students to embrace challenges, looking through a systemic perspective and view mistakes as opportunities for growth. As a reflective educator, I continuously seek feedback and professional development opportunities to improve my teaching practice. I am passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that nurtures the intellectual and personal growth of every student and colleagues as well.
