I am a highly experienced and patient tutor with a strong background in education, holding a PhD, M.Ed, and B.Ed. Many students find sciences challenging, particularly when it comes to thesis writing, and the mathematics that are involved. As an educator, my goal is to help you build confidence in any subject, but more importantly, to develop your problem-solving and critical-thinking skills so you can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing world. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing in the mountains, swimming laps, and doting on my beautiful Maine Coon, A.V., and my sweet Russian Blue, Bo! Fun fact: Russian Blue cats are the only breed with three coats of fur—it’s like wearing two jackets all the time! PhD graduate with 15 years of experience in education, teaching mathematics, English, science, and social studies across all grade levels.
