About Vincent
I am a PhD researcher working in Synthetic Organic Chemistry at the Discovery Park in Sandwich. I love Chemistry and tutoring is for me an ideal way to share my passion while helping students to understand this fascinating yet complex science.

I can teach Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry and Biochemistry from A Level and BTEC Higher National Diploma to B.Sc and M.Sc. degrees.
My teaching approach is casual yet respectful as I want my student to feel comfortable and interact as much as possible during the course. I aim at tailoring the lessons and exercises to my student needs to avoid unnecessary repeats so that she/he can focus on what really matters and needs to be improved.
A typical session is 1h30 to 2h long (with or w/o breaks) and consists at reviewing theoretical aspect to ensure it is correctly understood and then using those concepts to tackle exercises or mock exams. This allows the student to check his/her knowledge, consolidate the learning and build on it to approach more complex topics. The lesson is very interactive and I encourage my student to ask as many questions as possible.
