About Cristina
I am originally from Barcelona, in Scotland since 2011. I have a degree in Biology, an MSc in Botany and a PhD in Evolutionary Biology, in particular in forests adapting to climate change. I have been a private tutor since I was 15 years old. I have experience teaching Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Geography and Spanish language.

I have taught children and teenagers from 7 to 17 years old.
I am a very emphatic person, I have taught many children with difficulties at school and I like helping them gain self-confidence by making the subjects easy and fun to understand. I work around every student needs, and focus on their weaknesses while enhancing their strengths. I love teaching.
