About Will
I have two degrees (Bachelors and Masters) in Nutrition and Physiology. I am also undertaking a PhD. I have experience lecturing at university level, and am willing to deliver similar content to individuals who either want to increase their subject knowledge or have specific goals they want to accomplish. Recently, I have started working as a nutrition consultant in elite level sport.

My teaching method is to break down complex information into bite size and easily digestible information to make complete sense of ideas relating to health and fitness. I encourage open dialogue throughout to ensure the information is clear and concise. I also like to use analogies which help to understand complex ideas relating to nutrition and physiology.
