About Sofia
I am a postgraduate from the University of Edinburgh working towards my Phd in Digital Sociology. I have worked as a tutor during my studies and have over four years of experience tutoring. I teach English language (spoken and written), essay writing and Italian language. I can help you improve your writing skills and speaking skills in English, including academic English.

I tailor each class to what individual students need but I do follow some guidelines: 1. classes should be fun! Learning is done best that way. 2. For language learning, each class will focus on a specific skill, such as practicing reading comprehension, listening or writing skills. Depending on your level, I'll bring some material to the class which will be used as references; such as articles, podcasts or exercises. 3. I can teach grammar! I am a big grammar nerd. So I am here for all your deep rooted grammatical needs. Including punctuation.
