About Marilyn
I have taught in the UK and US in English and History departments, and am currently working on a PhD focused on medieval literature. I have studied Old English, Old Norse, Old French, and Middle English, so would be able to help a student seeking to work on medieval and early modern texts and courses.

I have over 4 years of teaching experience at a university level, many of these courses being writing classes focused on getting first years ready for the rigour of a university writing programme. I have also taught literature courses, mostly medieval and early modern, though I have done a YA literature course, a modern adaptations multi-media course, and headed up various creative writing projects.
