About Emily
Emily is currently a PhD candidate in History at the University of Pittsburgh. As a teaching assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, Emily facilitated engaging discussions in World War II and Modern Latin American History, helping students grasp complex historical concepts.
Emily also spent time teaching high school English and History in the IB program at a high school in Lima, Peru, where she fostered critical thinking and a deep appreciation for literature and history in her students. In addition to her classroom experience, Emily has over 10 years of private language tutoring in both English and Spanish. She takes a highly personalized approach to tutoring, tailoring lessons to suit each student's unique learning style and specific needs.
