About Isabelle
I’m a passionate chemist with a calm, supportive teaching style that’s tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning preferences. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where students feel confident asking questions, no matter how small, as I truly believe there’s no such thing as a stupid question. Chemistry can be challenging, especially at the beginning, but my goal is to make it more accessible, less intimidating and even enjoyable!

In our sessions, I will use a combination of visual aids, practice problems and step-by-step explanations to build a deep, lasting understanding of the subject. Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, but I’m happy to adapt to what suits you best. We can focus on exam preparation, tackling tricky topics or simply strengthening your overall grasp of chemistry. I hold a PhD in Chemistry and have several years of experience mentoring university students, particularly in organic chemistry. I’ve helped many students improve their grades, boost their confidence and develop effective study habits. My lessons are suitable for all levels, including GCSE, A-level, and undergraduate students - or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of chemistry!
