Here comes my methodology. It's always important to vary one's methodology as per the demand and convenience of the student. So, I use to first figure out the way how he/she understands a concept, and thereafter, I make sure to inculcate inquisitiveness in the student's mind such that the students inherently starts willing to learn the new concept. This enhances the concentration level of any student which eventually makes easier to any student learning new things. I use this resilient pedagogy to develop a friendly and compassionate teacher-student relationship which ensures result oriented studies.
