About Maureen
I taught physics and chemistry at an inner city school for 35 years. They told me when I began that I'd only teach one small class every other year because our kids just weren't smart enough. I didn't believe them. By the time I retired, they had to hire another physics teacher because so many kids wanted to take physics, and now we have 6 chem teachers. Working hard, patience and perseverance make a huge difference in one's ability to achieve excellence

Through the use of practical analogies, examples, memory tricks, jingles, logic, you will find physics and chemistry become easier to understand and much more fun to learn. My former students are medical doctors, engineers, rocket scientists, writers, musicians and artists.
