About Sophie
I've been working as a peer tutor for the University of Wyoming and leading study groups for the past six months and have loved every second of it! My favorite subjects to tutor have been biology and pathophysiology. I am studying both physiology and Spanish, with hopes to attend accelerated nursing school and eventually become a nurse anesthetist. I am absolutely enamored with learning about the human body and its biochemical processes! Aside from physiology, I have always had a love for languages from a young age. I am fluent in Spanish and would love to share my knowledge!

Before a lesson begins, I tend to familiarize myself with whatever my tutee may be learning and brainstorm some activities that may help them learn. I love coming up with weird analogies and drawing pictures to help them understand. My lessons are mostly led by my tutee, as they know what they struggle with the most and how they best learn, especially at a college age. I'm here for whatever you need in your classes!
