About Oluwatobi
My name is Oluwatobi Akhaba. I'm a Physiotherapist by profession and a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Physiotherapy is what I am trained to do and physical fitness, exercise and muscle strengthening are part of what I do as a Physiotherapist. By training, the first step is to understand what my client wants to achieve and then through proper assessment, a baseline of my client's initial overall health status is gotten and recorded. Then a fitness training/exercise plan is created with the input of the client with achievable goals over a period of time. At the end of the stipulated period, the client's new fitness status is compared with the baseline.
