I am an architect student, with a big passion for weight lifting, I have been involved in sport related activities all my life, going through karate, to swimming, and now body building.
I am someone that enjoys training others, and pushes the individual past their limits in order for them to achieve their desired goals.
I can train people in parks or a gym (preferably at my current gym)
I can give routines and take you step by step on the correct way of performing an exercise and how to build a 'mind muscle connection'.
I have been trained by personal trainers/ bodybuilders/ and non professionals that are amazing at what they do within the sport, I believe that you can learn from everyone, and so I am always willing to listen to advice and ways to improve, I worked for some time assisting a personal trainer, taking over training routines, preparing circuits, weight loss programs, muscle building etc. I been training for four years and training different people for the time I been training. those who have stayed with me have learnt how to develop their own training style, knowledge within the sport and eventually be able to train on their own with complete confidence in what they are doing.
I am able to train people in other gym that are convenient to them, as long as its not a very far distance from me and that the cost for the gym is at a considerable rate.
