About Dominic
I am a musician. I have been giving private tuition for over 10 years. I studied Organ and Piano at the prestigious Chetham's School of Music in Manchester with Christopher Stokes. I later gained a scholarship (Henry Wood Organ Scholar) to the world renowned Royal College of Music in London , studying organ under Margaret Phillips and Harpsichord with Terry Charleston.

I believe firmly in instilling enjoyment, first and foremost, for music into my students. If you enjoy the repertoire you are learning and studying, you will get much more out of the adventure. Similarly with theory: if you understand where harmony fits into the music of the world, and grasp the skills needed to manipulate notes to create your own compositions (rather than dogmatically learning the ink on paper) you will find studying infinitely more rewarding and beautiful.
I teach piano, organ and harpsichord up to advanced and beyond. The same goes with theory.
