About Amy

Hi! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic pianist who loves helping beginners discover the joy of playing piano. I have achieved Grade 8 Piano and have developed a strong passion for music over the years. I understand that starting an instrument can feel daunting, so I aim to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace. Whether you’re learning for fun or working towards a specific goal, I’d love to help you build your confidence and enjoy making music!

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to make learning piano fun, relaxed and rewarding! Whether you’re completely new to piano or have played a little before, I’ll tailor each lesson to your level, interests and goals.

We’ll build strong foundations in technique, reading music, rhythm and musicality, while learning pieces you genuinely enjoy playing. I want you to feel comfortable, confident and excited to sit at the piano!

No previous experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll take it from there.

Amy was excellent as my tutor, she’s really knowledgeable, patient and easy to learn from. Explained difficult topics clearly and adapted lessons to suit my needs. I felt much more confident in psychology after working with her and would definitely recommend them!

Amy is an amazing psychology tutor! She has a brilliant way of breaking down difficult concepts and making everything feel much easier to understand. Her sessions were always engaging, well structured and tailored to exactly what I needed, particularly when it came to exam technique and building my confidence. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone studying psychology!
