About Alex
Hi guys! I am Alex and I have 5 years' worth of piano teaching experience. With students from the age of 4 to 30, you can be assured that I can get you playing Mary Had A Little Lamb within 20 seconds, to Fur Elise within a year! The most difficult step to learn anything is to pluck up the courage to start doing it - but fret not, I can make this fun and easy for you!
I have a distinction in grade 8 piano, after which I also studied with a piano teacher from the Birmingham Conservatoire for two years (who's teacher was taught by one of Liszt's students!). I also have a distinction in grade 8 jazz saxophone.
Finally, I also have my YouTube channel linked here where I create and play beautiful arrangements of pop music (for example your favourite artists such as Justin Bieber :P). Check it out if you also want to learn how to play pop songs! (concealed information)
