About Melvyn
I have been playing the piano since the age of nine and also play clarinet in a band.
Having only a small numer of pupils, I can give personal attention to each one.
I teach those who want to learn just for fun and do exams for those who want them.

I start pupils off an a slow paced tutor book to give them time to absorb new material.
I then move on to some of the simpler pieces set for early stage exams.
I like to include music from a variety of composers.
